Employment Verification:
Don’t Just Take Applicants at Their Word

With the growing number of job seekers on the street, employers are seeing an increase in misrepresentation of information by applicants, especially those trying to cover gaps in their work history and beef up their experience.

Our professional Employment Verification services allow you to confirm the details of each applicant’s work history when we actually call their former employers for the details. Through our phone interview process we are able to verify their start and end date, job title, salary information and whether or not they are eligible for rehire.

Asking your HR department to make their own employment verification calls can be a tedious and time consuming task riddled with missed calls and call backs. Let METSCheck help reduce the administrative burden and shorten the turn around.

METCheck Executives Spend Hot Summer Working Conventions

First stop: the SHRM 2010 Annual Conference in San Diego.

In San Diego attending companies told us they were tired of being treated like a number by big companies and were actively considering new vendor relationships with smaller firms better able to provide personal attention. With more than 16,000 HR professionals in attendance, we took this message as a good barometer of the industry and are actively working to forge new deals with relationships fresh from the show.

Next Stop on their tour: National Pawnbrokers Association Annual Convention & Expo in Las Vegas.

There is probably nothing hotter than Vegas in July until you combine the heat with the excitement generated by 750 members of the National Pawnbrokers Association and a guest appearance by Rick and Corey Garrison of History Channel reality TV show Pawn Stars fame.
